Refund Policy

At Elmton Digital Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality e-learning solutions tailored to meet your business and training needs. Your satisfaction is important to us, and this policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.
 

1. Digital Products (Courses, Modules, and Micro-Credentials)

Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access to materials upon purchase, all sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds once access has been provided, except in the following exceptional cases:
 

  • A technical issue on our end prevents you from accessing the product.

  • The content delivered is substantially different from what was advertised.


If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Custom Services (Module Creation, Micro-Credential Development, LMS Integration)


Custom service projects are governed by individually scoped service agreements with milestone-based payment structures.


Refunds for custom services are not available once development work has commenced. If a project is canceled before development begins, a partial refund may be issued, less any consultation, planning, or administrative fees incurred.

3. Free Consultation

 

Our initial consultation is completely free and does not involve any payment. No refunds apply to this service.
 

4. Subscription Plans & Support Packages

 

If you’re enrolled in a recurring service plan with Elmton Digital Solutions:

  • Monthly Plans: Cancel anytime. No refund for the current month, but billing will stop for the next cycle.

  • Annual Plans: Eligible for a prorated refund only if cancelled within the first 30 days of activation.
